Where to find codes and what to trust
Start with in-game official news, IGG announcements and channels linked by the official game listing. A member’s message in the official Telegram group is not automatically an official code. Our list records known sources and dates; IGG’s redemption response decides eligibility for your account.
Redeem on Android, iPhone and PC
- 1. Confirm the destination account. Find its IGG ID in game settings/account information; a nickname or Kingdom number is not a substitute.
- 2. Open https://lordsmobile.igg.com/gifts/ manually: the official Exchange Center. This browser route works as the common starting point on mobile and PC; client menus need not match.
- 3. Use only the official page’s offered sign-in/identification flow. Check the displayed IGG ID before confirming, especially with multiple accounts. The interface can vary by region.
- 4. Paste the code without accidental spaces and claim. Keep the result message. If Android provides an in-game code button, it is an option; if iOS or PC lacks it, use the official website.
Why a code fails: read the actual message

Confirmed, but the reward is missing
Compare the Exchange Center IGG ID with the active game account. Check official mail, Bag and the relevant item section according to the promotion; delivery can differ. Allow the client to refresh. If success is confirmed but rewards remain missing, send IGG support the code, timestamp/timezone, ID and response screenshot. Do not post login-related correspondence in public chat.
Keep your account safe from “free code” scams
- Check the exact domain lordsmobile.igg.com. An “official” badge or lookalike address proves nothing. Open the Center manually.
- Our site needs no IGG password, two-factor code or redemption payment. Do not give them to a group admin, “Gem generator” or third-party redeemer.
- Do not install a messaged APK/extension for a code. One-time pack codes, event codes and advertising offers have different terms; do not buy someone’s code without verifying its rules.
